As an independent practitioner, Associates In Women’s Health remains affiliated with Flower Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, St. Charles’s Hospital, St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, and hopefully soon, St. Anne’s Hospital. All the same insurance plans are still accepted, including Paramount, Aetna, Medical Mutual, Cigna, United Health Care and many others. Also accepted are most Ohio Medicaid plans, including Paramount Advantage and Buckeye, to name a few. As a board-certified OB/GYN physician, I am able to provide complete obstetrical and gynecological care, including surgical care, tubal ligation, IUD insertion, birth control, as well as VBAC or C-section deliveries.
The professionals of Associates In Women’s Health are pleased to share the following statistics. As you can see, the techniques used might help reduce the need for Cesarean births, operative vaginal deliveries, episiotomies and epidurals.
- Vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) totals: 25, 88% Successful
- Primary C-section: 6.25%
